Supporting Android devices is dependent on the firmware on the device. It’s only available on select firmware. Beyond that, these types of apps aren’t allowed in the Google Play store, which means that you have to walk your customers through the process of allowing uncertified apps. From a support and maintenance perspective, this type of app is extremely challenging.

We’re a small company, and as such, we have to allocate our resources accordingly. In the end, building a better Mac experience is a higher priority than this for a variety of reasons including those that I’ve outlined above. Adding Windows features also take higher priority. So at least until Mac is improved, and probably after that, we do not plan to provide remote support to Android devices. While it is definitely on my radar, I don’t think I can promise it any time soon. I know that’s not the answer…

If Amazon and LMI can do this I know it can be done and from a business perspective a simple polling of your customer base could confirm whether or not this would return a respectable ROI if the feature were to be monetized by offering it as an add-on or premium feature.
